Refund Policy

If you are the original purchaser of the product and you want to return it for any reason, you may return it in its original condition within seven (07) days of the original purchase and receive a refund. You must contact customer support for the Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. Your RMA number will work for seven (07) days after the date of original purchase. The purchaser will be responsible for return shipping. Refund will not be issued if:

(i) the product is received (at our return centre) after seven (07) days of the original purchase. (ii) the product is not in its original condition

Refund Amount:

  • The refund amount will be equal to 70% of the price of the product paid by the purchaser.
  • Any other costs related to taxes, shipment or any other costs related to this sales will be paid by the purchaser.
